Publication

Some people date this 1920. This refers to the year for the volume, not necesarily the publication date. However, the last page says Oct. 1920, which is when the paper was submitted for publication. It seems somewhat unlikely that this really did appear in 1920, also the page numbers in the volume itself (241 onwards) make that equally unlikely. In the absence of any real evidence, I think we need to stick to 1921.
